Liver/biliary proble: Jaundice and abdominal swellings are signs of liver problems- could be due to liver failure, cirrhosis with associated fluids accumulation on the abdominal cavity ( ascites), could be from cirrhosis +/- mass/es in the liver, could be obstruction on the biliary ducts etc. There are many serious possibilities. Definitely, you would need to see you md- asap and have further evaluation and treatment.

Could be, not always: These result from obstruction of ducts from the liver, or the portal vein to the liver. Cancer can do this, particularly liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, and cancer metastases to the liver. But so can other diseases, like advanced alcoholic liver dissease, which can result in cirrhosis. It would be wise to see your doctor to get tested and find the real cause.

Can be: More commonly these would be symptoms of cirrhosis of the liver. Primary or metastatic tumor in the liver can also produce these symptoms.
