I experience low glucose symptoms,but i do not have diabetes.my fasting sugar is around 77.i know it's not anxiety.a small meal helps.what is it?

Low blood sugar: A bs of 77 is quite normal. Hypoglycemia by definition is bs less than 50 or less than 70 with symptoms. Make sure your adrenal is functioning normally. If a small meal helps, I would keep on using it as a preventive measure, small meals with with more proteins and less simple carbohydrates.
