Can anxiety cause a bowel movement in your sleep that you are completely unaware of and do not wake up during?

Not likely: If such an incidence occurs again, please consult your doctor for an evaluation. Anxiety is not associated with fecal incontinence.

No: Lots of things might, but anxiety alone wouldn't. See your doc. Get checked for infections, inflammation, dietary issues, etc.
