Neither,: Ckd is not known to cause bowel movement during sleep. Peripheral neuropathy causes pains in the peripheral nerves or loss of sensation. It is usually in the legs. Control of bowel movement, however, is under the influence of autonomic neuropathy which is disturbed in advanced diabetes. Also, spinal involvement by injury or stroke could influence bowel movement.
