GB Disease : Gallstones and gb disease can cause indigestion, nausea, and, if a stone is partially obstructing the cystic duct (draining duct of the gb), you can experience colicky pain, that can radiate to the shoulder and arm. However, dizziness and bilateral, numbing extremity pain is not usual. I would suggest an immediate follow up to rule out other problems, such as cardiac disease or vascular problems.
