Uncertain: You need to discuss this with your physician. The ache may be related to what is in the top of the leg. If it is the thigh you have muscles, nerves, vessels, and bone - and you could be bleeding since you are on warfarin. If it is the top of the lower leg - similar structures are there. The thigh bone can be affected differently than the low leg bone.
