Pain pump: I presume the pump is a narcotic pump. All narcotics can cause muscle rigidity at higher doses. Narcotics also depress the respiration frequency/effort. This can be very dangerous. Also, your Artane may be interacting with the narcs. Make sure a pain specialist reviews ALL of your meds. Lastly, you probably need to wean off some of the meds.
