Allergic rhinitis: Try OTC antihistamines such as allegra or zyrtec , together with nasal corticosteroid spray(Nasacort, is now over the counter). Of course avoidance of allergens is a must if possible( cat , carpet, pollen etc). If not better , go to your PCP if you can take singulair (montelukast) too.
