Allergies: Have you thought of allergic headaches? If it is worsened by dust I would see your doc for a nasal steroid or allergy test.

See your doctor.: In addition to the possibility of allergies, it could also be migraines. It looks like you have a history of them...talk to your doctor about possible triggers.
