Muscle problem: It's impossible to know what the cause of your condition is without further history and physical exam. If you're using drugs, there is a good chance this is the cause of your symptoms but again further history is needed.

Could be drugs: Which drugs did you use? I would advise you to seek drug rehab now to get off of the drugs. It sounds like the drugs induced a seizure, Next time it could kill you.
