Turmeric: Turmeric is a spice used in Curry. Turmeric contains Curcumin which has been used to treat a multitude of conditions. It is an antioxidant wi anti-inflammatory effects. Research suggests it may be beneficial to reduce pain of osteoarthritis & GI stomach distress, to decrease risk of cardiovascular disease, help prevent colorectal cancer, assist with brain function & with depression.
