None Thin Blood: Aspirin ; very high doses of epa, dha from phytoplankton (often present in oils/fats from fish meat) slow speed of blood clotting, thus ↓ng formation ; size of clots ; ↑ing bleeding episodes. However they have no effect on blood viscosity (thickness/thinness) despite this widely promoted/highly inaccurate idea. Tumeric may slow clearance of Aspirin ; anticlotting agents, ↑ing effect. Beer complex.

Aspirin thins blood: Aspirin is the only one from what you mentioned that thins the blood. From what i know, turmeric fish oil and beer do not cause blood thinning. So if you take all these there shouldn't be an additive blood thinning effect. Enjoy !
