Need more details!: To answer this question, one would need to fully evaluate your x-rays and CT of spine. This is a question better posed to your Ortho or Neuro Spine surgeon. Thoracoplasty fusion: Its hard to say no/never. But honestly, an attempted op could be VERY dangerous. You can always find some surgeon somewhere who will over promise results. Get 2 or 3 opinions from different excellent spine surgical groups. If you have the funds consult the Mayo clinic, the Cleveland Clinic and Cedars-Sinai medical center. You may be able to get them to review your current spine imaging.
