Hard to say: The listed surgical procedure would not prevent/preclude pregnancy. Whether or not your health is such that you can achieve and carry a pregnancy is best answered by a physician that has the benefit of a full history and exam .

Presumably: A thoacoplasty in and of itself would not keep you from having children. So unless there is some other reason, yes you should be able to have children.
