U should seek : Medical attention. Diarrhea that has been going on for so long may have adverse effects on your body, you may develop sepsis, renal failure. It's better to seek attention ...the sooner the better. Usually you deal with a viral gastroenteritis which most of times resolves on its own. In your case you may need proper fund resuscitation and some stool studies vs may be inflammatory bowel disease.
