I have had very bad diarrhoea for the past 4 days with stomach ache, sickness feelings, headaches. my diarrhoea has turned to water, what shall do?

Pepto Bismol (bismuth subsalicylate): Pepto bismol is the treatment of choice for traveler's diarrhea. Use as directed on the bottle. Activated charcoal (from a pharmacy or health food store) may also help. Make sure to replace fluid and electrolytes-- use 1/2 strength gatorade. Ginger (capsules or tea) may help settle your stomach. You can also add imodium, (loperamide) if needed. See your doc if you don't get better in a day or two.
