hi. anemic blood test come back normal. and home pregnancy test few days ago come back negative. but now 2 days late. what else could be wrong? im 19

Repeat pregnancy: test. If negative then can be anovulation or another cause. If you miss next period and pregnancy test is negative see GYN.

Prob normal: Some women can be regular like clock work and others aren't. Increasing exercise in the summer can change cycle. Give it another week or so then check preg if not started.

Ultrasound: I would suggest further workup including a vaginal ultrasound. It sounds like a hormonal imbalance and possibly an ovarian cyst.
