Yes: Yes, the fluoride rinse will help enhance the benefits of the desensitizing toothpaste. When you rinse, make sure that you swish it around for at least a minute, longer if you can.

Mouth rinse: There is no safety issue in using a fluoride toothpaste after using a sensitivity toothpaste. Swish for at least a minute and spit out the excess - do not rinse. If there is a particular tooth that is sensitive, you can then rub some of the sensitivity toothpaste on that tooth.

Fluoride: I am assuming that the Fluoride mouthwash and anti sensitivity tooth paste are both something you can buy over the counter at the drugstore in which case they are very mild forms- Everybody is different and responds to things differently- You can try doing one in the morning and the other at night and if you do not have any problems

I would space it out: You would not want to wash one component off with the other. I know it complicates using both but it will decrease their effectiveness.
