Very unlikely: For some who are very atopic or allergic it's possible that their airways or mucous membranes might be irritated by the "flavoring"/fragrance. It is also possible for people with sensitive lungs like those with asthma to possible get a flare related to steam - but again this is uncommon. Most likely this won't cause any issues.
