Vapor pen: If it is really "no nicotine" there is no harm. However, from what I know those pens have nicotine - I may be wrong though. So please check again and make sure there is no nicotine in the once you use.

No one knows: Very few routine meds get into breast milk in quantities sufficient to harm a healthy baby. Vapor pens WITH nicotine are a terrible idea while nursing. Without nicotine . . . I have no idea what's in that vapor.
