Unknown: There is very little known about effects of vapor in the short term or long term. They haven't been around long enough. . There are ones without nicotine or with different amounts of nicotine, but any of them have other chemicals in them if nothing more than the flavoring and as far as I know there is no information about these other chemicals and no quality control
