Practice: Use Tic-Tacs to practice with. The thing to remember is that the food you chew at a meal produces a bigger blob than any pill you have to swallow. If you can swallow your food at mealtime, you can swallow a pill. When using the Tic-Tacs, place on various parts of tongue and find which area and placement works best for you. You can master this!!
