Low/no carb : It's a diet that is low in carbohydrates i.e. breads, pastas, rice, sugars...etc and high in proteins like egg whites, chicken and beef. But remember eating better is only 50% excercise must be the other 50%. Good luck and be healthy.

Low carb, high fat: Atkins diet, and various forms of it are promoted to help weight loss by drastically reducing carbohydrates (breads, cereals, pasta), while increasing intake of fats. This may result in some weight loss, but is difficult to stay on, and is not healthy for the heart as it increases intake of saturated fats. Best diets emphasize a healthy balance of foods.
