Viral / bacterial: You may have bronchitis or pneumonia, if you have sputum production, it may be bacterial and you would benefit from antibiotics, if you don't and have muscle aches, then it is likely viral and you would need to just wait it out, push oral fluids etc. tylenol (acetaminophen) as needed for fever and pain
