22 mnth old has had a low grade temp.98.9-99.8,runny/stuffy nose, cough& hoarseness for 5 days.eats/plays pretty normal. could it be a cold? advice?

Most likely: Her symptoms are consistent with an URI. Use nasal saline drops & have her try & gently blow her nose. Alternatively, you could use a bulb suction to clear her nose. I would avoid using any OTC cough or cold meds. If she spikes a high fever or wheezes, have her seen by her Pediatrician.
