Most likely: Her symptoms are consistent with an URI. Use nasal saline drops & have her try & gently blow her nose. Alternatively, you could use a bulb suction to clear her nose. I would avoid using any OTC cough or cold meds. If she spikes a high fever or wheezes, have her seen by her Pediatrician.
