I had two mri scans with contrast neither showed and blockages yet my recent ct angiogram with contrast showed 50% soft plaque in my LAD artery.. Mri being gold standard when didn't the 2 mris not show this ?
Ct angio 64 slice, stress echo, 3d echo, cardiac MRI/MRA.. None of these fan detect soft plaque correct? What non invasive test can?
