Chest pain: Chest pain. Most likely this is GERD or reflux. Typically this would respond to and H2, PPI medication. However, if you are taking a medication like this and not getting relief after 3 months you should be evaluated further. Other souces for pain would be peptic acid disease, with or without H. Pylori, gallbladder problem. Very unlikely to have cardiac issue at 27 , but possible. Asthma?
