Sinus pressure: Sounds like reliable story of nasal and sinus congestion. Start with daily OTC oral decongestant (Sudafed or Sudafed PE) and an oral allergy antihistamine in addition to your Singulair (montelukast) if you suffer from seasonal allergies. Can also do nasal saline daily irrigations.
