Don't think is mono: If it was mono, your most prominent symptoms would be fatigue, sore throat, difficulty swallowing and very swollen neck glands. You did not mention any of those. How do you know you have an enlarged spleen? Now, any difficulty breathing is of concern, since it can go from mild to bad to worse any minute- allergy, asthma? Get medical attention for that breathing problem!
