Back strain: You are starting to get a back strain which is a warning sign that you need to be careful with lifting heavy objects. Use you legs to lift heavy objects by squating down and using the force of your leg muscles to do the work. If you bend to lift, you are putting the strain on your back muscles. Exercise and do stretching to help strengthen the back as you age, and hopefully the strained muscles
