Weight loss: There are many basic metabolic rate calculators available online that you can calculate how many calories your body burns by doing nothing. On average there are 3500 calories/lb. If you want to lose 1.6 pounds you need to multiply 3500x1.6 and subtract how much you burn off. Let's say this comes out to 4200 calories. Try not to micromanage your weight.
