Visit M.D. : Being febrile (with fever) indicates a problem, ie bacterial /viral. Your M.D. Would be interested in looking at your conditions. This could decrease the time your hindered with this.

OTC: There are many products available on the otc market that will help manage symptoms of upper respiratory viral infections. Sounds like you may need a decongestant, analgesic and possibly other. It should not take long to be seen in an urgent care center if you cannot get a rapid appt with your primary care doctor.

Last week the whole werk I had itchy eyes, runny nose and a cough. That is now gone but it's replaced by earache, stuffy nose and a slight cough due to dry throat. No fever however I developed a cold sore that's busy healing now. What could it be?
