Recently started walking an hour every morning. pulse is usually in the 60s today it's been in the 90s. should i be concerned?

Exercise: Exercise only works if the heart rate rises and stays risen for the entire workout. A heart rate of sixty means you are sauntering and not in any way exercising. The activity is completely wasted. Your HR to be exercise should be about 115 to 130 for the length of your exercise to be effective.
