Endoscopy findings: You likely had gastric (in your stomach) bleeding., The information you gave is incomplete and ."Gastropathy" is more like to be Gastritis. The question remains the "coffee grounds" mentioned does NOT specify the source. Coffee Grounds is the clinical term to describe evidence of blood in the gastric tract. Please get the COMPLETE report and ask Biopsy was done? if yes, then what found
