Peptic Ulcer: Likelihood of Peptic Ulcer(ulcers in Stomach or Duodenum), Pancreatitis or Gallbladder disease. You need Ultrasound of abdomen. Stools for hidden blood, pancreatic enzymes and possibly an endoscopy. If I had to bet I would bet on Ulcers.
