12 hrs ago i hit my head on the bottom if a motel wall lamp. there are no marks, no bumps. why do i occasionally feel pain there? could it be serious?

Head bump: It's hard for me to imagine that your pain now is related to an inconsequential bump of your head that long ago. I recommend you see your primary care doctor to help figure out what the issue is now.
