Maybe: Cisplatin - like any other chemotherapy drug has potential side effects. The most common is nausea but you can take anti nausea medication. It may cause hair loss and decrease in white blood cell counts. Kidney function should be monitored and IV fluids given. Some long term effects is neuropathy (numbness fingers) and hearing loss but these tend to be due to cumulative dose.
