I was hit in the face pretty hard about 24 hours ago and my left jaw line in pretty swollen. i was curious if it is possible to rupture a lymph node?

Yes but rare: I doubt you ruptured a node, you can have swelling apply ice packs to reduce this . If there is a lot of joint pain or the jaw is out of line go to the ER make sure nothing is fractured

Anything is possible: It is possible to have broken bone in your face and if u have that much edema u need medical attention and imaging soon
