Heart problems: Young women age 26 very rarely have heart attacks. Heart ailments can exist in young women as congenital malformations or associated with other diseases such as endocarditis or lupus or rheumatic fever as a child. It is highly unlikely you have a heart ailment that is otherwise hidden.

More info needed: You do not specify if your dizziness, numbness and palpitations are new. If these symptoms came on suddenly and/ or you have chest pain, go to the hospital emergency room.
