Pain in lower abd: Pain in right lower abdomen and around belly button brings to mind mild appendicitis. In rare cases of appendicitis, a sealed rupture can occur backwards onto the psoas muscle and this can radiate into groin and thigh. I would expect you to be a bit sick with this but on occasion this can be subtle.
