Im having stomach pain and its traveling above my belly button n im having the runs also after eating. it's been going on the 4 days what could it be?

Get checked out: This unfortunately can be appendicitis. You can never be too sure. If your stomach/abdomen is hurting, you must be check out. Usually you would have loss of appetite and nausea and/or vomiting. It could be you just have a viral gastroenteritis. Depending on travel history, it could be bacterial. Stay well hydrated, but go get evaluated and maybe some IV fluid will help you too.
