It depends: Where in the body is that located? Is that a short axis(smallest length) or long axis(longest) measurement? If it is a short axis measurement, it may be considered slightly enlarged depending on its location. If long axis, it is probably normal sized. The shape of the lymph nodes is also important. If the shape is abnormal, even if the size is small, it is considered abnormal.
