Treat the problem: That you take the antibiotics prescribed to you by your physician and that you keep emptying your prostate through ejaculation while you are healing.

Consult a urologist: Urologist will take detailed history & examine carefully. May undertake a prostatic massage to obtain reliable semen sample for culture. Will prescribe appropriate antibiotic which should be taken faithfully possibly followed by prophylactic antibiotics 2B taken long term until it clears up. May also advise return visits for prostate massage. Quit smoking, exercise appropriately & eat healthily.
