Two problems: Actually, three. Your anemia needs to be worked up properly, and if you have some cause of being "jittery", look for something other than your thyroid disease which I trust is being managed competently.

It is possible: You could have inflammation of the thyroid that can give you a mixed process. Alternatively, you might be getting a higher dose of levothyroxine than you need. See your doctor and possibly an endocrinologist.

Repeat the test: Hi. First of all, no symptom is specific for a disease, and no disease is specific for a symptom. You were on l-thyroxine for 2 weeks for TSH 25. You could have had a postpartum thyroiditis (as you state) that was caught in the hypothyroid phase which then recovered and went back to normal. Then the 100 mcg dose could make you hyperthyroid. Your doc will check labs to see. Good luck!
