Cold water: Always cool the burn as quickly as possible . Ok to bandage it with antibiotic ointment. Give oral pain medication. If the bubble/blister covers a large part of the finger or the blister is very large and tense, esp if it is on the palm side, it should be evaluated by your doctor.
