Burn: You are describing a blister from a chemical burn. Leave it alone until it deflates on its own. If it's really big and bothersome,you can stick a sterile needle into it and drain it

Leave it: Do not pop it. Cover it with a band aid to keep it from being popped. See your health provider if it worsens.
