Don't pop it!: Keep it under cool compresses and let the blister pop on it's own. If it's a second degree burn, contact her PCP or pediatrician for best care management. Never pop it! The pain of exposed nerve endings will be worse than the bubble it's under now that serves as a natural bandage of sorts. Her PCP can recommend the best topical treatment once the blister pops later on.
