Muscle atrophy : Do you have muscle loss all your body. Do you have underlying metabolic or neurological disorders? If it is small changes consider focused leg exercise for leg muscles. Muscle atrophy with muscle spasms or fasiculations could mean neurological degenerative disease. You must however see a neurologist. If muscle loss significant consider EMG for Lower Motor Neuron disease or ALS.
