Appendicitis unlikel: Acute appendicitis doesn't last 7 months. Although, if there was a perforation that sealed, there is very remote possibility of abscess formation. For chronic symptoms like this in a young woman, we would consider a GYN cause first, such ovarian cyst or torsion, chronic infection of the tubes or uterus. See your primary MD; an utlrasound might be a safe first step in the diagnosis.
