ER now: You are describing textbook signs and symptoms of acute appendicitis. Could be other things like UTI but please get checked now as time is of the essence.

Maybe appendicitic r: Maybe ruptured appy versus pelvic inflammatory disease. Check cbc, ultrasound or more commonly ct scan and do this in er since it is weekend.
